    What can we do to help?

    • Get in the habit of keeping a list of all your exercises (do you really have to do them all in one sitting?)
    • Don’t do them all at the same time. Try doing them one at a time and check how you like it. It is better this way because you will have time to do them all at different intensity levels and for longer periods of time.
    • Don’t do them too quickly. It will only make your body adjust and you won’t be able to do them properly. Starting too soon will make your core muscles spasms and you won’t be able to do them at all. So, slow down!
    • Don’t over do it. Doing too many crunches can cause a number of health problems. It might be that you have bad posture or that your back is too arched. These will all lead to muscle spasms and you will probably have bad posture as well.
    • Go to the gym regularly. You will definitely feel better and able to run and do more exercises.
